Telehealth Therapy

You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly.

Yes. Many clients successfully attend sessions from their phones, though a tablet or computer may provide a more comfortable experience.

Crisis & Emergency Situations

Communication between sessions is generally limited to scheduling and administrative matters. If you have questions about communication policies, they can be discussed during our work together.
